How do I choose a size?
Every product page lists exact dimensions. As a guide: 20–22 cm fits a daily make-up set, 26 cm is for travel and bottles.
Will natural fabric vary in colour?
Yes. Linen, cotton and indigo are dyed in small lots, so shade and slubs vary slightly. That is the nature of the material, not a fault.
How long does shipping take?
Made-to-order pieces ship in 3–5 working days; custom and wholesale orders take 30–45 days depending on quantity.
Do you offer returns and care support?
Unused pieces can be returned within 14 days. Every order includes a care card, and we are happy to advise on repairs.
